I have worked out that I am 357lb, I would like to be 100lb, this means that I need to lose 257lbs.
I have roughly worked out that I can lose about 4lbs a week if I stick to my diet rigidly. This means that I can be 100lbs in 64 weeks.
If I don't stick to my diet rigidly than in can take more that 2 years to lose weight.
Basically what this means is that I need to make sure that I stick to my diet rigidly so that I can lose as much as weight as possible and as quickly as possible.
So, I NEED TO STICK TO THE DIET!!
